To help you and your partner regain a nourishing, secure relationship, we focus on reestablishing emotional safety with one another and rebuilding your bond. Using EFT (Emotionally-Focused Therapy), we teach you how to break toxic behavior patterns (fighting, withdrawal, blaming, defensiveness) and move into safer ways of communicating and relating that foster greater closeness and trust.
Research on the efficacy of EFT show that over 90% of couples improve in their relationship following 10 – 12 sessions. More importantly, these results were consistent two years later (other couples therapies show improvement in 35% of couples, on average, with 30 – 50% relapsing in two years).
